Because of the need to take pictures of my origami, I have developed an interest in photography, especially plants and flowers.  Here are some pictures I have taken which I am particularly fond of:

 

I took this picture in San Diego at the Quail Botanical Gardens.  I think it is one of the best photographs I have ever taken.
 

Another picture from the Quail Botanical Gardens.  Even though the centers of these plants look like they are glowing, this picture was taken in natural sunlight (no flash) on a cloudy day.

This is a picture of a red passion flower from the Quail Botanical Gardens.  Its structure is very similar to the blue passion flower I have designed.

I took this picture at Legoland.  This Taj Mahal is built entirely out of Legos.
